When I look at this cigar box purse, I think of the Art Deco hotels in South Beach, Florida. Sunny, small, intimate. White sandy beaches nearby. Palm frond upholstered prints and nighttime neon.
 
Three pink glass gems adorn the front of the purse. The vintage stationary handle reminds me of the polished brass handrail of a stair case. The cedar box itself is a vintage rarity with rounded sides. There are no hard lines anywhere. Hinge and latch match the handle in gold. The purse rests on its 4 small gold purse feet. There is a buckle to attach an included vegan leather tassel in pink and yellow.
 
Inside, you will find an eye-popping explosion of vibrant color! Pinks and gold with foiled striping. The painted edges of the box morph and blend from shimmering gold to pink and back to gold in an hombre effect.  The beveled mirror is 3" diameter. Most or perhaps even all of the paper used for this purse is the last of its kind and is no longer printed or made. Such lovely colors on a purse evocative of a glamorous, sexy era of the past.
